Forgiveness.

Wow! We haven't posted in FOR ever! That needs to change.

Today we would like to share something our Pastor preached about a few weeks ago.

It is about forgiveness.

If you live in a big family or even a small family you may realize how hard it is to be nice to your siblings sometimes!

When we get mad at one of our siblings how often do we say we are sorry?
It is our pride that is getting in the way. Lately we have been making a habit of saying sorry, and it has really helped us out.
After we pridefully hurt our siblings we should examine why we are mad at them, and was it necessary to be so mad?
Yes, my younger sibling just scribbled all over my address book, but did I need to blow up at them?
No matter how bad it is or even if it isn't really our fault, we should go immediately and seek their forgiveness.

We have realized as older sisters how it has made an impression on our younger siblings.
"Wow, she just came and apologized!"

It is our pride that is saying, "Well, they did that why should I apologize??"

Reading and praying really made us realize how selfish and hurtful we have been sometimes!

We love our siblings so much, and when we hurt them we are thankful for God's grace that helps us swallow our pride and ask forgiveness.

That was really on our hearts and we wanted to share!
We will try to blog more! =D

If there is something else from the Bible that you would like us to do a post about please comment and let us know!
It is fun to share our beliefs and at the same time strengthen them!
Enjoy your Monday!

Roe v. Wade.

This is so terrible!
Children are Innocent they are not at fault for your mistake.
Do not punish them because you fooled around.

"I wonder if you are pronounced dead when your heart stops beating, then why aren't you considered alive when your heart starts beating? The fetal heartbeats after just 18 days of conception."

It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."
Luke 17:2 KJV

Abortion is barbaric!

Children are a blessing.

Sorry for the rant!

Can you lose your salvation?

Hello! This is Hannah!
I wrote this mini article on "Can you lose your salvation?"

No, you can not lose your salvation. Here are some verses to prove this:

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. John 10:28-29 KJV

After you are saved you can NOT lose your salvation. You may falter or go off the road, but after you are saved you can not lose your salvation.

Some people can have false testimonies and SAY they got saved, but are not. You can not lose what you don't have.

"Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." Romans 8:35-39

Nothing can separate you from salvation.

And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
I John 5:13

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
Ephesians 1:13

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
John 4:14

This does not give us liberty to do anything we want, it tells us we are saved for eternity and we must follow God and be a testimony for HIM!

Thank you for reading!

God Bless!

Should Women be pastors? By: Ruth

Hello Followers!

This is a mini article Ruth wrote about women pastors.

Should women be pastors: No.

"Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection."
"But I suffer not a woman to teach, not to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence."
I Timothy 2:11-12

Women should not be pastors. It is as simple as that.
--------------------------------------------------------------

Quote from http://carm.org/should-women-be-pastors-and-elders:

What About Women Who Say They are Called By God to Be Pastors?

"There are women pastors in the world who love their congregations and have stated that they are called by God to be pastors. Of course, I cannot agree with this considering the previous analysis of the biblical position. Instead, I believe they have usurped the position of men and gone against the norm of scriptural revelation. Additionally, those who state that they are called by God because of the great job they are doing and the gifting they have received are basing their theology upon experience and not scripture."

"The issue is simple: are they submitting to the word of God or are they making the word of God submit to their desires?"
-------------------------------------------------------------

"Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law."
"And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."
I Corinthians 14:34-35

They are Commanded to keep silence in the church. Lots of times we will learn something at church/ Sunday School that we don't understand and on the way home from church or around the dinner table we will ask Dad and Mom what did the Pastor mean when he said this or what did he mean when he said that?

The women are commanded to keep silence in the church if you have a question ask your dad or your husband.

"And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church."

I have heard women say; "But my father is dead and I am not married yet" Well, then go ask your pastor or another man in the church.
 I Corinthians 14:35

I am not saying that women should abstain from helping out in the church! No, that is not at all what I am saying!

Women should teach the younger women. A pastor needs a wife. The Pastor's wife helps out in more than anyone could imagine. Women can still pray in church, women can still have a ladies meeting at the church,  they can still prepare potlucks, they can still decorate, and they can still play the piano (Or violin or guitar or....).

God calls us women to help out in the church in different ways, but I believe he does not call women to be pastors.

Quick Prayer request!

Hello Followers!

We just got a call from a very good friend. Her grandpa was put in the hospital last week with no blood circulating through one of his legs. They just found out that he has a clogged arterie behind his knee. The doctors are doing surgery on his leg right now and if they can't unclog his arterie they will have to amputate his leg/part of his leg. If y'all would just pray that the Lord will have his hand over this and will guide the doctors.
Thank you!

Blessings,
~The Keller Girls~
